Cumin

Cumin
(Cuminum cyminum L.) Seeds aromatic with a strong flavor due to the light yellow oil they contain. Common in culinary use around the world.
  1. Carminative (inducing the expulsion of stomach and intestinal gas),
  2. Calms intestinal cramps,
  3. Appetizer.

How to use: Can be added to food during cooking and preparation. Also steep a teaspoon of cumin per cup of hot water for upset stomach.
